(A). Senior high school graduate who has not taken and is not taking any college degree in other higher educational institution.
(B). Student applicant has a General Weighted Average (GWA) of 85% for Board Programs.
(C). Applicant with GWA lower than 85% may still be admitted but only for non-board programs.
(D). Must pass the CDSL-College Admission Test.
(E). Accomplished application form, photocopy of Form SF9, two copies of 2x2 pictures with name tag in white background; and Certificate of Good Moral Character.
(F). No height requirements:
(I). A certificate of membership issued by the National Commission on Indigenous People (NCIP) from Region III.
(II). A certificate of equivalency from the Department of Education.
(III).1 Must qualify in the CDSL-College Admission Test.
(III).2 Report Card (Secondary School Curriculum) duly notarized and authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or Consulate in the applicant’s country of origin or legal residence.
(III).3 Alien Certificate of Registration.
(III).4 Student Visa.
(III).5 Photocopy of passport pages where name, photo, birthdate, and birthplace appear.
(IV).1 ID as PWD.
(IV).2 Must meet all the requirements for incoming freshmen; however, with a provision for a special lane.
(a) Admission result will be based on course slot.
(b) Applicants will be qualified if their admission result rank is within the specified course slot.
(c) Qualified applicants will be notified through Email.
